Does anyone have the documentation for this?

 

As Tarot Redhand has pointed out on the project page, it's not easy to obtain it from Google Docs. I find that my Google account doesn't have permission to access it.

Inside the archive is a file called PlayerChatCommands.htm. Docs are in there.

 

If you wanna read it without downloading the file, I threw it up on my Google Drive.
