Badlands Action server has been up for years and is still being worked on my several developers and a great scriptor. There is full/party and no pvp areas, goes up to lvl 40. There have been changes to some of the class' to make them all more playable and uselfull to the players. Badlands action forums is up and active: http://badlandsaction.forumotion.com/
