I am a player, as well as a DM and builder. Love the game too much to not do it all '<img'>

I'm just finishing up moving to a new apartment tonight, and when I am done I'll be on a lot more often. When I'm not building, that is '<img'>

First update of the re-launch has just been released! Adds a brand new dungeon, Heiss Gardens, as well as many other bug fixes.

Pet and familiar users should be happy to note that they will once again be able to feed their pets back to full health while not in combat.

Hope to see all of you newcomers!

A new week has arrived, and with it, a new update!

Players will now be able to find awesome magic, rare, and legendary items from all enemies.

Experience and gold rates have also been adjusted upwards, so now has never been a better time to get started!

Good luck to all you treasure hunters!

Items from all enemies including leeches? I keep clicking on them, but don't find anything. Thanks for fixing the spawn issue. I'm up to level 4 now. Can you point me in the direction of Heiss Gardens? I seem to have a quest directing me there.

If an enemy is using a weapon or wearing armor pieces, he has a chance to drop them on death, with a very small chance of them being enchanted. Leeches do not have any weapons I am afraid.

I believe you're looking for the tunnels, which is the first dungeon. Head to the first Dusk Forest area with the leeches and then continue to travel south.

I'm afraid launching a new PW can be a little bit slow in the start, especially with the community so established. But, I am very pleased with the growth thus far.

I know there are a few regulars who like to play anywhere from 3pm EST - 8pm or so, and a separate group that comes on around 10-11pm. I am usually on around 9 - 10pm after the daily update, trying out the new content and playing with people/answering questions.

I will be on earlier and more often starting next week.

I play during the morning or afternoon in the GMT +1 (central European) timezone. That for me equals about 10 am until 2 pm a few times a week. That is 4 am to 8 am EST. I am basically the only one on ever at this time zone. It really sucks playing NWN in this time zone.

Dark, dreary, intriguing, and beautifully crafted! There exists a good variety of challenging enemies, which scale up in difficulty/reward with more players nearby, and it's quite fun hunting for magic items (mostly from the obviously equipped enemies, but not always). Rather reminiscent of the Diablo series in terms of party-scaling difficulty and the item hunt - and of Dark Souls in terms of killing your face if you are incautious.  '<img'> Still in development, but EZ has been quite generous with the updates, introducing numerous interesting spell, class, and combat changes.

Explore with care, and keep an eye out for secrets.

Updates are still underway, and content is being released on a daily basis. Many improvements have been made since relaunch, and new players will have an easier time than ever getting started.

Experience and gold rates have been increased, and players will also be able to reap extra rewards by clearing entire areas of enemies.

For those of you who want to to give us a try with a small group of your friends, be ready for a challenge - as we've added a diablo-esque difficulty system which will strengthen the monsters in your area if other players are also present, in exchange for better rewards.

Culling of Nightmares will be expanding daily for the months to come. Our small community is growing, and shaping the world. Come experience the darkness with us.

I am big fan of an existing EZ server and was wondering the there was any relation so I logged in and played this server for a few hours last night with just a stock recommended dwarf fighter build, nothing fancy. It was fun and made it to level three pretty easily. Probably could grind out another level or two without having to travel too much further inland, but why? Exploration yields its own rewards! Only died three times, if memory serves. The campfire system is pretty nifty and appears to lend itself to some tactical planning as advertised. We shall see as I explore onwards, ostensibly to search for another campfire. Currently I am at the Rotting Cabin and in possession of some useful and rather powerful travel items.

I'll be online later this evening, around 6-7pm CST. Groenor's the name if yer lookin' fer low level, low center of gravity sword swingin' support. Elves and orcs need not apply! ;-)

I'm very glad to hear that you are all enjoying yourself!

I just want to make a little clarification though and say that I am not the "EZ" I think people are under the impression I am. I think you may be thinking of EZP or an old EZR Productions team.
