Each year, every one of the twelve districts must select one boy and one girl to participate in the Games. The male and female tributes are chosen via drawing from a glass ball. All children ages 12 to 18 must have their name submitted into the ball - and for every year you age, your name goes in one number more; at 12, your name goes in once; at 13, your name goes in twice; at 14, your name goes in three times; and so on. Anybody who is 18 years old automatically has their name entered into the lottery seven times. No one is exempt.
I basically modified the world of Panem to fit into more of a fantasy realm of DnD. The module is in beta, requires no hacks and has several areas for tributes to hide or hunt down other tributes. In the spirit of a survival style module, HTF system has been implemented as well as a basic crafting system. Each district player will be given a token to give them certain benefits by being from that district. There is no experience and all characters start at level 5. Currently the sponsor system is not scripted and will be handled by a DM. As expected if anyone read the books, death is final. I am hoping to get 24 tributes for a full game but that might be wishful thinking on how old NWN is.
