Persistant World Quest Style... (Help)

               Hello Friends.
I'm doing a map for my friends in my own language. But the errors are added to quests.

Example: This quests can be done repeatedly. (But i want it as one time for one pc's a character) If you make a video with your example, I'll be glad too.

               Usually you want to use a quest manager like Knats Persistent Journal, on the vault.  Though you can also use a database object on the PC.  
You may want to post this on the scripting forum, for while it does concern persistence it more properly belongs there.
