               Well there was a vile plauge that has carried its way over the bone seas as it approached this island people started noticeing changes in the area and began to stay in doors.The plauge swept threw turning many sick but that was just the begining.One day when the mists were heavy on the land a huge mountain side raveged the city and fell on a section of the town.People from the nearby keep rushed to save those they could and set route with haste.Upon arriving there the mists turned those who died into undead and those that rushed in found themselfs sourounded by undead.Many were defeated in the battles and the plauge still encompaases the land.No one is sure what caused the mountain slide or where the mists carried from the bone seas.Your hero starts off at the keep which overlooks the island and that is where your quest begins......after the mountain slide.

               suggestion for you.

if possible , host 24/7. I did what you did, host when I could and all that, but ALOT of my players now are always on during ungodly hours for me...so when I get called for my RL Job late late at night/early morn (On Call) at like 2am, i log into my pc and look over and see 6 players...and am always like...what?? where were they today , this afternoon? lol
so yea, my suggestion is put it up, and keep it up. Players will come, areas look great and you have obviously spent a great deal of time in your area builds (it shows!)
NWN server can run on the most basic of PC's...mine ran for 2 years on an ibm thinkpad r40, 512mb ram, 900mhz processor, 600MB hard drive..., no lcd screen as that was broken off, I had to hook a fan up near it to keep it cool...yeah it was totally a peice of s#!t. but its because of it being up 24/7 that regular players started showing up..and now I have a decent player base where at almost anytime in the evening someone is logged in and playing.

just my 2 cents.
of course if you dont have net at your home...I can understand why you cannot host it 24/7

Hey! That sounds like *my* laptop! Except I have 60gb HD... <of which less than 5 are free> ...and my LCD is only *half* broken off! Good to know I can run a server on it when I retire this thang...

I win! =) That's *twice*! <haven't won the Nov CCC yet> Oh, hush.

               I dont know i sort of build things because i like to and i used to host alot.I just get upset and let down noone joins so i go play battlefeild and i really dont want lag in there so i shut it down.

I ask people in chat to join but they are to dam lazy to download haks.Im happy makeing things though it keeps me into d and d.I mean if people would play i would keep it up but i just dont really want to burn out my pc for nothing.

I like the stuff you make worms its really on the same level i use to design things in a haunted enviroment.
