Might be able to do it by adding it into iprp_feats.2da but that would require a hak change - not sure if you use haks.
Could also give them temporary HP as another workaround.
You can also give them damage immunity - 20% less damage taken is generally 25% more HP for example (this doesn't quite hold true when it comes to stuff like Divine Might which ignores immunity or healing abilities which thus effectively heal more the more immunity you have).
