Grenade like weapons

               Can anyone think of a reason why grenade like weapons would stop working?  I can pick them up, but cannot use them or target them.  They now behave like a general inventory item with no properties, yet the correct item property is listed.

I'm using a test mod, with no haks and nothing in override...and...I'm stumped.
Note: a few weeks ago, I had to DL the Diamond version of NW from GOG to reinstall.  I've not tried grenade like weapons since then...

               Are there any script changes in the module? Are the grenade like weapons default items or were they changed?

               After fighting with this for a good four hours, I rebooted and everything now works.
