PC appearance changers

               Looking for preexisting vault content that does the following, if it exists:

- An npc manniquin that you can customize a look on (colors, head, tattoos, etc) then select "copy to me"
- A way to change the skin and appearance (colors, head, wings, tail) of a pc, which saves the alternative appearances and will enable pcs to go back and forth between looks

               As far as the appearance storing and changing goes, I put my quick appearance change tool script into this months ccc.  The erf link is still in my original post about it somewhere in there if you're wanting something sooner than the end of month.
