Monsters NOT Spawning?

               I've got a very bizzare bug or something...

I laid down encounters in an area, but they are not spawning, I've tried, placing spawn points, I've even used default bioware encounters, custom encounters, everything, something is wrong, terribly...  I made sure everything was normal too, with the area..

Anyone have any ideas what is going on here?

               Man, I'm 100% stumped, in 4 years this has never happened to me once... 5 modules later too..

               Ok, found the issue, it was my OnEnter Script...  problem solved..
