Henchman Inventory & Battle AI Mod as hak version?

I would like to put the Henchman Inventory & Battle AI Mod in my custom module to make it more challenging. Is there a hak version available somewhere? I can't find any. I already tried downloading the override version and packing it into a hak file myself. It doesn't work, however.
