@PHoD, those are good looking (in a monstrous sort of way) Harpies. Now as I watch way too much QI (UK comedy quiz), I have a second proposal for you. According to QI, most people have got the anatomy of Sirens wrong. They do not have a fishes tail. They are in fact half bird and half woman. The bottom half is bird and the top half naked woman. Looking at your harpies, if you remove the wings and cover the area from the waist to the knees in something that looks featherish, I think you'd be about there.

Okay, got far enough last night to at least kick out another WIP (NSFW) video.  

 

What I'm getting right: Skin mesh tail and torso, optimized for low-impact even with shadows on.  Though I have them in a white-light ambient light, shading looks fine on them and the yellow eyes glow.

 

What I'm having trouble with: Need to redo the UV mapping yet again on fingers to try to make them look less gray.  The actual animations (originally made by Maleioch and/or Whimsikal) leave a bit to be desired.  They mostly work fine but I noticed dual-wielding anims don't work, though most others appear to.  This is apparently endemic to all variants ever made.  These will probably come with their own very slightly improved animations (that take odd head movements out of walk and run) and, if I make more variants, the models hook into those anims a la the myst dragon.

I'd love some artistic feedback suggestions, especially on possible variants.  I'm not sure how much time I'll have to implement them, but I'm all ears either in here or via PM.

Okie dokie, seemingly have the biceps, forearms and hands squared away.  Hands are not perfect but so much better than they were.  Was pleasantly surprised to be able to make a split-tail variant, something I had been covetous of in...Titan Quest, maybe?  Made some PLT changes which probably aren't visible in this, but should open the door for some skin variants.  Going through and sanity-checking, making portriats and thinking about variants now.

Fat Bottomed Girls (hips, thighs, biceps, & calves) Progress Report:

 

BioWare All, BioWare no metal, CEP All, and CEP no metal hak packs are done. The no metal ones have the 'metal' parts, i.e. plate & maille removed. Thus the builder has a choice of whether to have all large female humans be FBGs or just the bards, rogues, sorceresses, and witches.

 

The Q haks will be completed Friday or Saturday.

 

NB: I am not including any belts or necks. The belts have too much variability to apply a single scaling factor and I don't have the time to figure out the scaling for each one. The necks are not included because of the variety of heads. Some heads don't work with the stock necks and look even worse with thicker ones.

 

If I have the time this weekend. . . I will include some new 'Huge Bouncing Breasts' for CEP & Q as well as a demo with some raunchy henchman dialog. Here's a sample:
