VFX_DUR_ARROW_IN_KNEE

Corpses in coffins / niches / thrones that animate e.g. placeable & creature versions of the same model, like PHoD's Kali. Destroy placeable / create creature script can look fairly seamless when standing - maybe animated placeable or custom creature appear animation for other poses?

Oil spills you can ignite to toast pursuing bosses.

igniting oil can be done via scripting emotes now, thou better oil effects would be appreciated. how about furnishing and things for player homes and whatnot. I still want to see player options added in.

For those interested, here is a reference picture to the characters of the Elder Scrolls script.

that sounds like a project some of the smaller devs can do easily.

Maybe it's just me, but when someone is volunteering to begin a huge project, making demands on them seems a shade on the rude side.  If you don't like someones content, don't use it -- or better yet, dive in and make your own changes.

Guess I picked a good month to be packing and moving. I'll mostly be observing this month, as I'm one of those rare people that has never played any Elder Scrolls based games, my only exposure being a screenshots of that cool Skyrim dragonscale armor when I was thinking of making my own for the Dragon Stuff CCC (holy crap, that was two years ago?!).

I didn't think I would have anything to contribute this month but now there is a possibility that I might but I will need some help to do so. What I would like to do is to make a number of elder scrolls flags using Lisa's Standards (or Army Flags). My problem is that the flag portion of the models that Lisa created have an aspect ratio of 1:1 whereas all but one of the textures I have, have an aspect ratio of 16:9. Would someone be willing to edit the placeable model plc_fl31.mdl and the placeable walkmesh file plc_fl31.pwk to that aspect ratio please?. If that were to be done, I could take it from there.

Thanks in advance for any response.

Wouldn't it be easier to fix the texture by cropping and/or extending the background top and bottom?

Me and a friend were messing with a "smooth frame" override that didn't edit the core and we discovered that cartoon graphics were the east to adapt to NWN core and real life ones that used while body realistic physics didn't adapt well on male meshes. this explains the incapability of NWN2 items in regards to NWN1 Complex triangles in the Framework can only be made to go so far without rewriting the entire game. so maker please remember to keep things simple you can still do wonderful things with simple frames just look at Prefect world screenshots as well as forsaken world screenshots.

someone did appear to beat us to the punch but I have ZERO love for their cheesecake bikini girl inspired display i would prefer the original undies edited to feature a knot instead of a metallic medallion IF edited at all.

In defence of my body rebuild, it wasn't meant to be cheesy, but thanks for your valuable contribution. Now we can have a whine and cheese party...

The rebuild I'm working on was designed as a new texture and a base for me to build clothing and armour around, not as an underwear mod. Modelling knots or medallions on the base would have detracted from this purpose, so I didn't do that. Even were I inclined to do so, I couldn't simply 'paste in' the underwear from Bioware's texture since the UV map on my model is not the same. So I drew some that were meant to be unobtrusive when modifications are made to the texture.

If you don't like my model/texture I don't mind, and I look forward to seeing the one you and your friend are creating. But don't hate mine for doing a poor job at something it wasn't designed to do.

And to bring things back to the Elder Scrolls...

How about a sweetroll.

Yeah, not the most exciting addition, but I was tired and wanted to do something quick.

Must be my state of mind tonight, but when there was mention of a sweetroll, I imagined an undersized troll that's half troll, half animated pastry, attacking during a noble's feast. They don't have those in the Elder Scrolls world, do they?  '<img'>

The Aureal, or Golden Saint... Not that there's anything saintly about these imperious, usually bad-tempered Daedra termagants whose most likely reaction to a mortal approaching them is to ignore it, tell it to get lost or just cut its head off to impress upon it how contemptibly useless it is...

PHoDaureal1.jpg

Largely based upon the TES4 Shivering Isles version, but not intended to be completely identical, more a sort of PHoD extrapolation... She still needs a bit of work. I pulled all the textures for the Golden Saint armour out of Oblivion and cut them to tiny pieces so as to glue the pieces back together in a way that worked for NWN... and if I could just get her stupidly dangly danglymesh skirt to behave itself and stop clipping, I'd be happy.

PHoDaureal2.jpg

Aureal (and Mazken) are based around my model for Selena, Moon Goddess of Atlantis (see the images in last months CCC, with the Waystones) but since she's got loads of mesh smoothing, especially on pelvis and legs, to make her resoundingly curvaceous, she's hellishly high poly, which is fine for a PC but given that someone might want to use more than one Aureal and/or Mazken in an Area, I decided to make these ladies a bit lower poly to make them friendlier as NPCs.
