The original idea is based off the Crystal Sun Sword for Skyrim by Catflop. I've credited where I got the textures from, but the models I created myself.

To answer your question on the Vault, the robes in the screenshots are indeed unreleased files I'm working on. I am creating a large amount of content for a server update for the Amia PW, some of it is being released standalone. The robes will likely see a standalone release at a later date.
