RUN FOR THE HILLS!

THE PENGUINS ARE COMING!

08.PengCharge.jpg

Actually, there's really no need to run. The nastily rubbery things can only waddle at berkishly slow speed anyway and these honking PenguiKnights are further encumbered by stupidly vast armour thus retarding their complete lack of speed they didn't have anyway to the point of absolute inertia...

But there's WORSE than PenguiKnights...

02.Pengzilla1.jpg

You'll need more than a pile of books to defend yourself against this...

You see, this is what happens when you put PHoD in a room with some harmless little Penguins for a day.

However, as all this garbage about Penguins is UTTERLY IRRELEVANT to this month's CCC, from now on I shall be putting all the stuff relating to the soon to be available PHoD Rubbish Penguins Hak up on the PHoD Things thread instead of here... like I want the reeking Spleens on my thread either.

Within a matter of hours from now you will be subjected to hideous depictions of ALL the forthcoming PHoD Spleen Penguin variants such as the Ultimate Sumo Clown Penguin, the equally unmenacing Penguin Reaper and more...

It is imperative at this point that you keep in mind that this is NOT MY FAULT... Blame Dave, Blame Dave!

@TAD: You have put my head on a stick trophy display? Werelynx likes.

@PHoD: Cease all Your penguin-related activities or You will attract the wrath of penguin overlords.

I'm not a trophy hunter myself (in fact, I think it's downright asinine to kill something just to say you did), but I could see using the leftover head of what one hunted for food as a decoration, if you're into that sort of thing. I've never actually seen a lynx head mounted before, but growing up in Wisconsin I saw plenty of taxidermied deer. I've seen even more mounted sets of antlers, but I don't have time to model those properly.

Shadowing2029: I like those daggers.

PHoD: Now, I'm a bit scared. hehe

KlatchainCoffee: Yum.

OK, I have (probably) finished the book (title & description) prefabs. Just for once I would like some feedback before I submit them. Anyone willing? It's a 10k-11k download followed by a 22 items in a dummy module read.

Thanks in advance.

If I could get them done on time I would have my avi set added into the bunch, but im a pain in the but with custom avis I really do 100% CUSTOM as in drawn out feature by feature and painstakenly painted.

these thing wind up in my portpholio so I don't think its too mch to have a update on my digital art skills.

I have to admit that I am somewhat disappointed that no one seems to have 5-10 minutes to spare re my previous post.

First time I've had to login to the forum here in a couple of days. Feel free to email your module and I'll make time to read/explore the prefabs.

If you need a second opinion, you can email me your module, too. Though I'm busy, if it's just ten minutes, I can have a look at it.

Thanks for the encouragement Gunnar. I actually downloaded Blender the other day and got the NWN plugin installed. It is...a little overwhelming right now. There are *a lot* of buttons to push! But as I get time I'll try dabbling.

Just a minor update on the placeable prefabs -

My dad always told me anything worth doing is worth doing well. So I went through the list of placeables and I *think* I got all or them, or hopefully pretty darn close, that needed static and/or activated or opened prefabs. The list came to 105 prefabs when all was said and done. Sent off the prefab this morning.

Thanks again for the members of the CCC who have contributed and/or keep this going. It's a great thing!
