Would it be possible to release these as clothing options as well? They look so great, but having them only on those NPCs would be a pity!

@Shemsu-Heru

Bravo !

Really nice overrides there...

Since you are digging about with Age of Pirates,

could there possibly be some brethren for the lowly Bloodsailor and the vile convict in those files?

@Snugglehoof:

Well, I don't think that they could work well as modular pieces. But they could be great robes, unfortunately I don't Know too much about working with robes. However I would be pleased If anybody would made robes with this models.

@Killmonger:

A Bloodsailor override could be a posibility....

Just a Question; Because of Kurth is a famous pirate captain in Luskan. Is the "Kurth's Soldier" which appears in the aurora tolset, some kind of pirate too...

And all I've done are a few items of graffiti. Did I say items? Well actually they are placeables for putting on walls. Did I say a few? There are actually 150 placeables. They come in 2 flavours - Chalk and Charcoal. To be precise there are 75 individual inscriptions (I was only going to do 20 or so but I got carried away, honest guv). So that is 75 Chalk inscriptions and 75 Charcoal inscriptions. The trouble is I can still think of more to do, things I didn't include such as the words "Wet Paint" in 8 different colours (black, white, red, green, blue, cyan, magenta and orange) each with it's own txi to make them look wet. Or a large "Z" that appears to have been scratched with a sword. But no, I've gotta stop before I become a gibbering wreck writing out a thousand lines (on a wall of course) that say "I am not Banksie".

Back to the 150 I have made. There remain 2 questions. Models compiled or not? TGA or DDS?

Here are a couple of pics that show a very small number of the placeables.

graf1.gif

BTW, that is a standard bioware bandit in the foreground just to give an impression of scale.

graf2.gif

 Both pictures taken in the toolset. I decided to go with compiled models and dds images.

<edit>

BTW anyone catch the hidden Star Trek reference in one of the items of graffiti?

First off, can nobody get that indirect reference to Star Trek? Ho, hum - here is a hint. The reference is also a direct reference to a hit (at the time - UK & USA) 1950's TV show.

Secondly here is a link to the catalogue (that will be included in the full package) of all 75 items of graffiti (open Index.htm in your browser). I have only included the charcoal versions as the (identical) chalk versions don't show up well against a white background  '<img'> . Be aware that the software used has over zoomed some of these images but that isn't the point of this catalogue. It is there so you know what mini messages are in this.

Nice work Tarot Redhand!

Would you be swayed to create markings too for the walls? You know, some that could be thief signs, or wizard markings of dots, or a circle with another circle inside, three small triangles, etc. This way, those who use them could make them mean whatever they want in their module. Perhaps a player learns a circle within another circle seen scattered around the city, are markings that might look random, but after knowing what it is, leads the player to something.

FP!

Nice idea but not at this moment. I am slightly burned out, having just made 150 placeables. However, you come up with a set of graphics and I'll very seriously consider it. I have done collaborations before for the ccc. Just don't take too long, there is just over a week and a half left of this challenge.

Also anyone want to make wall distressings? You know cracks, splatters, moss, weeds and slime amongst other things. Just don't make them appear too regular. The same offer applies.

I got the reference, but I wasn't sure if you were going original series, or one of the more modern incarnations or perhaps even the newer movies. '<img'>

I don't want to give it all away, but another hint would be the studio where it was filmed.
