Yes, when using gMax you need to make sure that snoop is running in the background.  That is the program that captures the output in the listener and exports it.


 


But there are different ways of going about this depending on what is being used.  If you are using gMax with the original NWMax scripts (prior to Bannor's update) you should have an NWMax shortcut which will start snoop and gMax at the same time.  As I haven't installed Bannor's updated version I'm not sure if it still works that way.  If you are using gMax with the NWMax Plus scripts, you can start gMax and NWMax Plus, then use the NWMax shortcut to start the listener, at least that's how it works for me using Windows 8.1.


 


Even the differing versions of Windows may cause differences, because I don't remember needing to do it that way under Windows XP.


 


You will know if snoop is running and active if you see a green NW icon in your system tray.
