This one is different and really only applies to 3D modellers. Do you think your latest creation is really good? Do you have money to burn? DAZ (they have a couple of 3D modelling programs and sell lots of pre-created models) are starting a service to turn your 3D models into 3D printed models... for a price in the near future. Look here.

Hansel and Gretel - Prepare to meet your Baker. Anyone care to model this? Oh and it really makes the name of this thread appropriate.

Now here is something different. Water and ice but not as you know it. Some of these phenomenon would make for a great fey landscape if anyone's interested.

Nice ice TR. And I thought the ice dams and 15 foot icicles on the back of my house were cool looking...

Not even... just east-central Massachusetts. but we've had 6' of snow in the last month. It's gotten a little out of hand this year...

Heh yeah. I just moved to Boston in September, and I'm walking down the street next to piles of snow above my head. And don't even get me started about the subway... I hear Canada is definitely worse off, but that doesn't make this any less ridiculous. I feel like the entire city has been half asleep for almost a month now.

Fare thee well Leonard. Some art really captures the moment.

As all of the tilesets that are currently being built are (as far as I am aware) all exteriors, I thought these 2 web pages might give some inspiration. The sights are "12 of the Weirdest Hotel Rooms You Can Actually Stay at" and "16 of the Weirdest Hotels in the World". While there is some overlap between them, there are enough differences to make it worthwhile posting links to both. Should be enough inspiration here for somebody.

And now Fare Thee Well Terry. You can usually rely on someone on dA to capture the moment. A second one that's very similar.

I was looking for inspiration for a certain interior tileset and I came upon this thread on polycount. It's disgustingly awesome.

This next picture is the inside of an old (built 1680) Finnish church. I think it could well work for a ship's interior.

Couple of things. The first is aimed at tileset makers. This is a picture of some (cool) large scale ruins - something that NwN seems lacking to me.

This second is a departure from what I normally post links to. For a start it's not free. For a second the link is a link to a page containing the link to the thing. So what is the thing? It is a video (and other stuff) tutorial on making voice-overs. I figured that just maybe someone on here might be interested. Being somewhat (at least occasionally) of a cheap-skate, I haven't actually checked it out and neither recommend nor try to dissuade you from using this service. For those interested the page on deviantArt is here.
