i just tried taking a peek at The Barbarians Robes, and they dont seem to work in the demo hak that was set up. ive even completely removed them, and re-added them (.2da's included) to the hak and they show up as missing robes

Yep, the actual entries are missing in the individual parts_.2da files. I took the liberty to fix the .2das, including for Shemsu-Heru's feet; these should work:

Well, that's odd.  I know for a fact I put those into the 2da files.

 

Knowing my luck, I probably just assumed I go the updated files into the hak, but left them in my CCC folder.

yeah... sometimes I think files secretly come to life, Toy Story-style, and move around, disappear and/or rearrange themselves just to spite the user.
