               Um, nobody seems to listen to what I say. May be for my bad english. I repeat.
- The models do have a regular CC 2.0 licence. Valid, and free.
- As the author, me, you, everyone has the so called "moral rights", in many countries. Even with Creative Commons. Proleric, have you read the page from the Creative Commons website? Do you think you know more than them, about the CC licence?
- Nobody has the right to tell you that they are not suitable for use in an open contest, as Proleric did (or so it seemed to me). They do have an open licence, and also the "moral right" stuff, like   a n y   o t h e r   s i n g l e   w o r k   o f   a r t   b y   a n y   s i n g l e   a r t i s t.
And as someone pointed out, the probability of being sued is close to zero. Especially in my case.

Now do what you want, use them, remove them, whatever. But please leave me alone.

               That is all very sick stuff once again. I´m sorry but i just hate these topics. Moral rights... my ass. We are trough that Tiziana, many many times. We are cool guys who always respect other authors and dont need a clarification about anything anymore... i guess we here never needed it in the first place.

If you dont want your stuff to be released, dont release them or make it clear what is "ok" and what "not"! Make it simple and not 10 pages long! For what you release them if you then place a security lock on them...

And that moral right stuff is honestly laughable at best. Serious, in what world do you life? Either you are a cool person or not. Only that is what counts in regards to respecting other peoples work!

you dont know us, simple as that! But dont place a negative light on us where none exist!

EDIT: And suing another person i know 2 cases, one is where a pro studio used whole game assets from another game and a very old case of a CS clan named AOL. Thats it. So suing others is also .... it´s only a fear factor nothing more. Textures and models are shared everywhere in the mod scene and i came about hundreds of cases without even a mention of the original author but what? no one cared... but we always did!

EDIT again for that suing stuff.

First you would need my adress... so you would have to ask bioware for my ip to get my name and adress from the ...etc... You know. It´s very unlikely that this will ever happen in any little case anyway. Find an international lawyer office that is capable of doing all that detective work using then national law with a transcriptor... blah bleg blubber

               OK, folks, please take the off topic discussion about rights and all that to another thread and have at it there. This thread is abotu the great stuff that artists are making.                Sorry rjshae. That legal stuff was not made by me, it's just a law present in some countries. And actually, it's maybe a bit excessive, and can lead to abuse.  
Me, I'm really not willing to sue or damage anyone.
The problem here is that someone wrote to me in private making a sort of reprimand about an old package that I did'nt even rememebered it was there, telling that i damaged this forum and so on.
That made me upset. I don't even use that kind of statement anymore in the models I realease.

Also, I agree that it is time to end this discussion.

               Oy vey.

I get distracted by real life for a few days and come back to find the CCC in a knot of misunderstanding and confusion.  As the local herder of cats, I'll offer my take on things and y'all can get back to makin' gothic stuff. '>

The CCC is about bringing new stuff to NWN.  New stuff that is derived from other stuff has been the meat and potatoes of NWN CC for years. That creature was posted for others to use on another website, permission has been given for it to be used, and it was modified and animated to bring it into NWN as a gothic/ravenloft creature.  Works for me, though the color does seem a bit too bright for something that would live in a gothic/ravenloft swamp.
