Pathfinder is pretty much a love letter for casters. On the other hand you have to understand, if you play it, that casters and clerics are utterly broken and one of the makers absolutely hates monks

Loving the skelebros though

By no means am I giving NWN a Pathfinder makeover. I'm just using it as a source for revamping some of the more generic creatures in NWN. After 10+ years, its nice to have a fresh take on some old favorites. Some friends of mine just got done testing out an area and they loved the "new" monsters.

IMO, monks belong in Oriental settings - NOT in a late medieval european setting. The only reason they ever got included in the first place was because of the 1970s-1990s pop culture fascination with crappily made - and acted - martial arts movies. TBH, Jean Clause makes Arnold sound like a genius, and Arnold's...well....he's Arnold.

               Great work! '<img'>

A suggestion: have you considered to make a female lich? I need one for a module of mine, but I haven`t any skills in 3d modelling. An idea could be to merge the body of codi`s parai with the head of a six`s squeleton wizard or one of the amazing lich models in project q...

Anyway, good work!

Ummm....wouldn't a female lich just be a shorter version of the male lich? Granted the hip bone would be slightly wider, but aside from that a skeleton girl is kind of missing the parts that make *it* a girl ''

EDIT: I supose it could be linked to the female Type F animation super, but I usually make my lichs use Ragnarok's arcane animation set - the one that levitates (Masterius is based off that animation set)..

Just warning you in case you do play it. They have some great ideas with some things (The Misfits book does a wonderful thing for Trappers and Lurkers Above), but yeah, one of the developers on that book has it out for crossbow users, monks, and most melee classes. A druid can easily replace a Fighter in the team with their bear at around level 7 I think. Just be careful of those things if you do play

As for the female lich, clothing could also be different. But yeah, not really much difference physically

If you are going to make a lich I'd say take inspiration from Adventure Time's Lich, with the rotten flesh still hanging from his bones and on one side of their face cause that's kinda creepy

A bit out of topic... have someone reskinned the crypts tileset (and making it look good!)?

I'm actually kind of doing this right now. The original crypt tileset has more of a desert feel to it. I need something more granite and less sandstone.

I know Snowhunter did a version back in the day. I'm looking for more, but this is about when I realise it was the Dungeon tileset, and not the Crypt, that got about 20 reskins of it done by various people

I've just finished reskinning the crypt tileset - I ran all the textures through Photoshop, removing the yellow cast and giving it more of a marble/white granite feel. I also replaced all the smooth sandstone textures with a pitted granite texture more fitting for a mouldering tomb. Testing a few things now - will post screenshots when done testing.

I tried to reskin the crypts. Here are the files (TGA) if you want to make something out of it. Tried to use high-quality textures. I haven't replaced all the textures, but all the major ones are reskinned.

I'll look over your textures, but I'm pretty happy with what I've got. Personally, I've always liked the crypt textures, just not the yellowish cast that came with them. Nor was I overly fond of the metallics. The revamped textures I've created remove the yellowish cast, look like they come from the same geographic region as the other tilesets I use, and really reflect the environmental lighting nicely. This screenshot was taken in the toolset with shadows and lighting off...

And a texture comparison - original on left, new on right

Who made roofs for crypt ? I know I had them in the past, just can't recall where from.
