               I've found some time to put together some things for v1.7 - might be out on X-Mas. Anyway...here's what I've got together so far:

- Parrot and Tiki Mask vfx will now work when q_!fightingsfx is attached to a module
- Parrot vfx now disappears from shoulder when parrot is unsummoned
- Expanded the social pheno to include all races and both genders
- New skinmesh versions of the Black Bear, Brown Bear, Kodiak Bear, and Polar Bear (Bioware overrrides)
- New Yuan-ti Invoker, Yuan-ti Necromancer, and Yuan-ti Priest (Bioware overrides)
- Reworked a few Q placeables
- Added higher poly versions of several heads
- Unlocked troglodyte variants (hidden Bioware models)
- New Mountain Giant (Bioware override)
- Added Fomorian Giant
- Added Stirge by Lathspell
- Reworked potion baseitem models so they are no longer embedded in the Z plane
- Chapel door templates can now be edited
- New Chromatic Dragons by Six
- Fixed female Hide shin and foot models (Toolset ID #s 42 and 34, respectively)
- PLT channels fixed on pfh0_head028.plt, pfh0_head029.plt, and pfh0_head152.plt (thanks Rolo)
- Removed non-rendering Thatch Mill, dirt and Mill, dirt terrain groups from the TNO tileset 
- Field terrain now appears on the minimap for areas built with the TNO tileset
- Fixed minimap references for several tiles in the TNO tileset and added several missing minimaps
- Added Project Reforged by Amethyst Dragon to q_items core hak
- Removed alternate weapon configuration models and associated templates from q_!armoury
- Added oasis and stream terrain by Helvene to the desert tileset (ttd)
- New Fire Giants (male warrior w/ helm, male wariror w/ no helm - Bioware overrides)
- Added Draygoth's Drow from the CCC (4 males, 4 females, male and female driders, and 2 mounts)
- Added Draygoth's Duergar (3 male warriors, male mage, 2 female warriors)
- Fixed walkmesh issue on Palisade Gate tiles where the wrong material was defined over the road feature

Scripting[/b]

- Implemented a module switch that allows Builders to turn OFF the multi-weapon requirement for the Demonblade fighting style. Default value is enabled.
- Added a module switch allowing Builders to limit unarmed fighting styles to Monk characters only. Default value is disabled
- Added a new ERF file (q_v17_tailor.erf) which includes an optional system for allowing players to customize characters using the PC parts added in Project Q (includes one placeable object, one dialog file, and 73 scripts)

               Git yer Reforged sample screenshots here (chain weapons, then follow the links on that page for sample screenshots of the other 7 groups). '<img'>

And while not in-game screenshots, Pstemarie did tease us months ago with one or two very, very nice fire giants.

               Thanks for adding in Helvene's desert stuff!

               Yeah, I gotta ask, any chance of the fire giants being ready as well? With the mountain giant and formorian (Who I am telling you now, I am going to modify to make some more formori) it could pretty much be the giant update '<img'>

               I have just put the finishing touches on a Body Tailor for my module. Now I just have to tweak it for Project Q (I have some custom heads in my module that are not part of Q). Along with a few other odds-n-ends, this is one of the last items on the list before v1.7 can be released.

For those not familiar with the concept...a Body Tailor is a placeable object that opens a dialog with a PC, allowing them to replace their default body parts with custom parts. It works identically to crafting armor, but doesn't have an associated cost or skill check. Body Tailors are common in "first-time login" areas on many PWs. Occaisionally, you'll also see them available as a limited special option in other areas.

The Q Body Tailor will be included as an optional ERF file as part of the core release. Although it will be packaged with Q v1.7, the Body Tailor will NOT be a required component.

Appearance.2da is now RESERVED upto line 2000
