I think, that the challenge don't have to be limited to barbarians, rangers, druids and their stuff. Also, any creature common in the wilderness could be suitable, like, orcs, bugbears, goblins, giants, trols, etc.
Also placeables for the wilderness, a tribal totem for example...

The idea wasn't just barbarians and such...

There's a TON of options for this.. in my head, I figured it was a pretty non-specific challenge. Might be biased, but let me get an inspiration thread started..

I have been experimenting with skins. And I have obtained some acceptable results. Here is the female barbarian from Diablo III. I have obtain it from tf3dm.com. I have converted it in a skin an overwrite the "female, human 06"; Who it's ussually use for barbarian females in the OC.

It's my firts try with a skinned creature; And I have noticed some bugs, that I'm not sure if I'll be able to fix. because of that maybe I won't added this creature. The main problems that I have noticed Are:

Transparences of the texture don't work well, in close distances; However, this could be cause by my graphic card.

Left hand don't goes to the right position, with the animations of two handed weapons.

Few vertex looks extrange in some animations.

OK, put me down for prefabs of Ranger skill bonus equipment (cloak, boots, etc.). These will be scaled by item level with AD&D level names. For example "Runner's Boots" are move silently +8 because that is the maximum skill bonus for a level 1 item.

Most human-ish appearances are set to use the alpha channel of textures for shininess, rather than transparency.  If you change the ENVMAP entry for this appearance (in appearance.2da) from default to ****, you should have transparency where you want it.

I think that's the best part of the whole CCC.  Learning new things from each other while making new stuff for NWN.

Well Transparences works well now, and the Model looks quite well in most of the animations. However persist the problem with the left hand, whem uses two-handed weapons. I suspet that the problem could be cause by the position of the pivots in the articulations; howeaver I don't have enough knowledge or patience, to try to fix that and specialy fits bone's envelopes again. So let my Know if you wish that I'll add this model with this little inperfection or not.

BTW; I have added the head to, dinamic humans...

looks great. if the rules dont exclude prefab areas as cc, id like to try and make a small camp area for the challenge

Half-orc shaman head, based on the art of Todd Lockwood. Well actually I don't know if the guy in Lockwood's picture is a half-orc; However he looks quite close to them for me...
