Actually, no that's not available to us yet. And I don't use Scriptease 1 either, even though it's what they suggest. Personal choice, I find it much easier to just use the tool set and script on my own. But I am a programmer, so that's just me.

This sounds very interesting, as I am in the middle of building a campaign involving a sea voyage and quite a number of underwater adventures. As the others said there are a number of things already out there, some of which can be modified and developed further (though you may want to make contact with original creators for help/permission.
Do tell how you get on.
