               This treasure from the vault would make some very nice leather armor if the models were available to all races:
Hellish' Rogue Assassin 

Has someone else made this model available to all races?
If not, whats the trick to that? Why wouldn't these have been converted?

               Hmmm NWNArmoury did a decent job, but it looks like Elves, Halflings and Gnomes need some scaling done on shoulders. Gnomes need forearm and shin work.

Is that typical? And is anyone interested in helping out?

               So I discovered something more that I was unable to get done with NWN Armoury. The cloaks do not work for every race. Only humans. I don't know why NWN Armoury doesn't adjust cloaks for each race, but its a bummer. Anyone know of any other APPs that would be able to do this?

I'll repost the project soon. I've written a few find and replace macros and am in the midst of using them to adjust clothing to work with project Q. All kinds of file name changing and changing of file references inside the files. And pheno models added to cloaks and robes etc.... Anyway, once that is all done I'll repost this.

I'm not going to make adjustments in a modeller however. I'm just too busy to bother with that. I've got a back log of work to do in Arnheim, and a bunch of players eager to get back at it.

In otherwords, unless I had help adjusting the shoulder pads for elves, halflings and gnomes. And unless I get help with the cloaks, this project won't really be finished. It'll be "good enough" but thats all.

                I updated the armor pieces.

Now all pieces are indexed at 120. I chose this index for my own purposes. 120 is a free index in Project Q. I never did get around to getting cloaks to work for every race and won't be doing that now. If I receive help from any of the modelling gods in the community we'll update the hak.

As it stands now the latest only contains the armor parts. Everything else has been removed to keep it simple.

               Hm, the only option I could think of would be the female pirate outfit Estelindis did for the CC pirates challenge. That would at least take care of the torso part.
On the other hand, there are tons of female only parts about so having a good looking male only armor is nice '>
