                New Zombies - coming in Project Q v1.6...

I've opted for a less rotted look than the ones LoW did a few years ago and created new animations that combine the movement anims of the "old man" with the attack anims of the "mummy".

               Any chance you'd go with a dynamic zombie race instead, so that you could have the parts interchangeable with varying levels of rot/damage?  Fully rotted could use the dynamic skeleton bones.

It looks like you have them at a point you'd have two or three states for each body part already, mixing and matching from each model.

               Maybe some variants with plate armor as well to add to it? Zombified knights and the like

Heck, a zombified version of most basic classes would look cool if you could tell them all apart

               Very good Pstemarie but the pelvis looks a bit weird. Just like a leather short. You can overcome this by adding some small trouser parts (ripped apart) right below it or use a pelvis/naked leg type texture you know what I mean?

and the one zombie with the slightly off helmet is just awesome;)

               Nice and creepy. Got to agree with baba yaga, some sort of ripped pants would look somewhat better.
