I'm building some with this set now, finally, and it's great!  I was wondering if there's a way to have placeables of some of the pine trees? I've been unable to find anything in cep or q that looks like those. I'd really like to be able to fill in some places with more of those exact trees. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,

meaglyn

Trees, bushes, shrubs, rock formations, boulders, etc are all planned, but there's so much tileset work I still have to do before I can make placeables. I've already made some flower placeables, but that's not enough for an upload yet.

Is there anyway a winter rural and winter mountains could be added to this?  Mountains are awesome but once you reach a certain elevation snowy terrain is inevitable lol! please,please,please...lol I am going to use this but in some areas in my pw project I'll have to use the reskinned bioware rural b/c there isn't a winter set of tiles in this set yet. Just an idea and request of course!

Sorry, but I don't have time to work on a winter version of the medieval city if I haven't even finished that tileset yet.

You lost me a bit. I didn't ask for the city version. I was asking about a winter rural version. And I definitely understand about being busy. I know it may be a while and perhaps even a long while but is there a winter rural on the to do list possibly?

Yes, but not before September.

Zwerkules,

I've been working with this tileset for quite some time but I don't recall my complimenting you for your beautiful Rural/ Castle series.

<apologies>

Dude,

Carry on with your creativity in whatever way muses you....

(The tiles can almost speak for themselves, I really like the colour as well as the "gritty" ambience and details )

<imo>

I am certainly patient to wait (with baited breath) for the newest and most current version.

Please don't let any of our mutterings clutter your plans for whatever pleases your indulgence's priority.

Love to see more teasers and screenies of where you're being at

               This does need said, but I am guilt of it a lot. Your work is incredible and all your tilesets are used in my small world. Stunning work sir.

I'm working on the city tileset at the moment (specifically a dwarven temple) and have put a few screenshots of new buildings I made on the project page of the tileset at the new vaut.

Quick question. In your latest series of pictures, second one down, there is a building set on a large rock with steps leading down. Would it be possible to have a version of that which goes into water, with a small jetty and small boat instead?

Only if it were a much bigger tile group because there is no raised terrain next to water, so I'd have to make some extra tiles which rise from normal height to the height of rock. Making raised terrain next to water possible would mean that I'd have to add all possible combinations for raised and normal height cobble and building terrain next to water and also make the 'rock' crosser work on it. That's no less than 100 tiles just to make that tile group work.

So the whole tile group would have to be 3x3 instead of 2x2. No, actually it would need to be even bigger because there's no room for the jetty on the tiles so there would have to be two or three more tiles where the stairs end.

It would be possible to just add water at the corner with the stairs, like the corner of a rockface at the corner of a lake.
