Forgot to respond, sorry.  Yeah, those I'm keeping for Aenea's players.  As much as I publicly share, there's a few things (ok, quite a few things) I do hold onto just for people playing in Aenea.

I'm sure the community at large would love if someone made up some brand new magic staff models and put them out there.  Those screenshots are just a few examples of what one can come up with that's vastly different than the default 10+ year old models.  Someone could make all new extra parts, or do like I did and just completely replace the existing ones.  Maybe some ones similar to ones you'd find in newer MMO games.  I've seen some impressive looking ones in various screenshots around the web.

               In that case I might do a few staff models if I get time after the arrow models. If only to get rid of those awful square-headed skulls. '<img'>

               Just browsing this thread.  Since the topic is weapons, I have the curious thought - has anyone thought of designing huge weapons?  I haven't seen much in my vault searching and it would open up a new creative venue for large and huge monsters.

               This are the first group of new weapons, but not the last that I'm going to make for this Challenge; A new group of scimitars style swords.

PD: If you vote for Arabian nights for  the nearest challenge I'll made shamshir scimitars and jambiya dagger, among other things for it....

               Shemsu-Heru - Those look great. But one thing I'd like to mention - machetes are typically heavier than the one you've made (which looks like a specialized machete for martial arts). A machete is used as both a knife and an axe all over the world, and inexpensive to make. The versatility and low cost make it one of the most popular tools/weapons in the world.

If you make your machete heavier, it will be more convincing. The length and bend of the blade are both good, but the blade itself should be twice as wide.

               @henesua: UH... I'm not sure, but i thing the typical machete which explorers used to made paths in the jungle, in the old movies; Was not too much heavier...

90% of which are heavy enough to double as an "axe". Don't go by the movies. Go by the actual function of a typical machete. A pirate's cutlass which is typically drawn absurdly heavy is essentially a machete. And all the machetes which I have used were heavy choppers as well. Often these are made cheaply out of a large, flat piece of steel which is ground to an edge on one side.

               It doesn't look like any machete I've seen, but it looks like an elven version of one. So I actually prefer it better to a more realistic version.

               @Jenna You are welcome....

@henesua. I supposed that made a more broad version of this "machete" shouldn't be very difficult, I could try if you wish.

I have forgotten to say that this models aren't my i have got it from websites of free 3d models; Sorry i didn't want to be dishonest. However most of then didn't had textures so most of the textures are completely my....
