@ Shemsu-Heru: Welcome! I am *so* glad you came :-)
I would have emailed you from the vault pages, but there is no contact info :-/ Sorry.

You *belong* here :-) It doesn't matter if some of your work is derivative and it doesn't matter if you are learning. If it did, *I* wouldn't be allowed here :-P

You have vision and you have energy, so jump in and try something new :-)

Now. What do you want to make this month for "Oriental Additions"?

<...and still somehow managing to inventory all shemsu-heru's pouches & pockets>

I have in mind to add some more heads, and some weapons; And if I have time few more stuff...
I would like to show you two heads that I just have finished; But I don't know how, as I had said I'm new at forums.

Yes, actually there is a lot of things, that I would like to learn about, robes, cloaks, tilesets, animated creatures, etc...

PD: Forgive me if my English looks strange sometimes, I'm not a English speaker by born

You can try to be humble, but I still love your heads.

I'll have to look in Q for that, would they allow us to include it, anyone know?

The Kappa was something I started on ages ago and gave to Six to do what he will with it. Mind, last time I touched it it was at the stage of "Horribly mutilated troglodyte with new feet". Only my rewrapping of the Sahuagin feet to the trog skin survived out of the whole thing.

I've long since lost the original and an Oni model I was working on due to my old hard drive dying, so I'll work on bringing the Oni back

That looks awesome, Lass. And an Oni would be great, Mech.
Shem, just ask and usually someone will answer here with help towards making new content.

Great! I'll put you down for two heads for now :-)

I would like to show you two heads that I just have finished; But I don't know how, as I had said I'm new at forums.

There's a few things I'd like you to do to get started:
  • Accept my friend request so I can invite you to the CC Maker's Group. Join the group.
  • Now you can go to this month's project page and upload your images to the gallery. There is no limit to the number of images, but they have to be smaller than 250kb in size.
  • Once the image is uploaded, right-click on it to "Copy image URL".
  • Go to the forum where you want to show it off (here ;-), write a post and include (without spaces) "[ img ]" then paste in the image URL then "[ / img ]". That will put your image in the forum :-)
  • When you are comfortable with that, I *highly* recommend making a personal CC project page (under the "My Content->Projects" menu to the left) like pstmarie's Neverwinter Realms CC or Vibrant Penumbra's Pen's CC (among others :-)

Yes, actually there is a lot of things, that I would like to learn about, robes, cloaks, tilesets, animated creatures, etc...

You and me both! In fact, that is how The Spirited Lass roped me into, er, recruited me for the CCC in the first place. I want to master every aspect of NwN CC.

Oh, and a note: Cestus Dei is my CC Maker character. He does the work and I get the credit =) Works for me!
<except he doesn't offer you credit anymore, old man>
Grrrr... I'm *talking* here, bird.

PD: Forgive me if my English looks strange sometimes, I'm not a English speaker by born.

Me neither. American, I'm afraid. Regular butcher of the English language. Specifically West Coast Surfer dialect with overtones of Boston Blue-blood and New Hampshire Rural to confuse things :-P
Oh, and ignore comments you see in angle-brackets ("< >"). That's just my wise-cracking familiar Bother.
<ignore me?! how'd you like a snail down the back of that pretty purple robe, boss?>
Uh...
Oops...

               <puts on baggy 80's pants...>

At your service :-)
I'm the MC of the CCC. Master of Coordination, that is. I can barely manage my own familiar <hey!> But I manage to coordinate pretty well <*sniff* matter of opinion>

As for joining the group, I sent you an invite... Check your messages ("Messages->message inbox" on the left-hand side). OTR, could you invite him also? One of them ought to go through.

<...to hammer home the point>

Thanks to some assistance from Rolo, the bulk of the grunt work is done on the umbrellas.  Using Lisa's dragon umbrella model, I did 2 sets of 9.  The first set has a very specific pattern and the spines are visible.  The second set are more abstract fabrics.  All the textures came from either Jenna or a web search.  Most of them had to be adjusted somewhat.  Much like TAD, I'm don't feel like doing the inventory icons right now.  *playful wink*  Pictures of all 18 umbrellas are posted in the project gallery.

Had a bit of time this weekend and threw a few icons down for this ranging in all sizes and shapes. I've got some portraits as well and will try to get them knocked out too.

               <donning a monocle...>

Gorgeous, precise and finicky, as usual Bm :-)
Looking forward to the portraits, too.
Maybe we can get some modeler to grab a handful of clay and sculpt the things :-)
They all look worthwhile.

I decided not to be lazy and work on the arabian nights tileset. First I made a few desert and mountain tiles to have somewhere to put the city.'<img'>

'Posted

I will now start to work on the city wall tiles. The mountain tiles are actually cliff tiles from the forest tileset with parts from the underdark tileset to replace the black tops of the tiles. I don't think I'll get a whole city and the mountains finished in a month so I decided to use existing tiles for the mountains instead of making my own.
I wanted those mountain tiles because I don't like flat tiles at the edge of an area.

               Zwekules: Nice rocks!

TheSpiritedLass: I like those umbrellas.

Birdman076: Thems is some nice icons.

_six:  You've got some serious talent with the tiles.  I think polishing that set up and releasing it would make a nice addition to this month's theme.
