Borden, I forgot to ask... does that bamboo sway slightly in the wind?

Because of this

Hey guys if those tessen are done and packaged could someone email me it? I want to try out a few things with them. Also, I haven't yet made a weapons hak for our server.... I assume it's the same as doing placeables? Stick them in a hak and edit a 2da?

I dunno. I've seen plants move with the wind before... but usually too violently. I always figured it was a dangly mesh thing that responded to rain/weather. But don't know anything more about this. I have seen it done.

I think it was some of the plants from this pack that did it... but can't remember

Wish I had thought of this before... adding tassels to existing bottom models for swords.

There is a tutorial on this in the DLA CC guide. The old site is down, but there's a copy of it somewhere. I'll see if I can find it. If I don't find it, I at least have the html files, but probably not all of the images.'<img'>

Edit: I couldn't find the DLA CC guide online any more. I only have the html files, but none of the images.

I've got it sorted thanks. Bamboo leaves now sway in the wind and spring about when you walk through them...

Had to do the same thing with my flags for this month.  A quick web search for lessons on aurora flex modifier (best one was on the harvest moon/CTP forums), some experimenting, and what do know...the flags now move a little in the wind and I can check off one more thing that I've learned to do with model-making for NWN.
':wizard:'

Kinda gotta have the flags move in the wind, especially if they're going in a prefab area where the wind is set to blow all the time and there's constant wind sounds.

I really like this whole Custom Content Challenge thing.  Not just for new content, but for a reason to teach myself new things along the way.

Too beautiful!!
I might have to rebuild my desert cities when you relaese this from the beautiful looks of it!  And I thought I was too much of a latecomer to NWN to even be expecting any new content!

Nope!  Still new stuff coming out all the time.  New ideas and needs still keep popping up, and folks around here are inventive...and darn helpful if you want to make something yourself and you've got questions about how to do it.
