And we need a graphic logo for the project :-)
Ideas? Jenna? Olivier? Anyone?

I'm confused... did not know we used logos? Where at?

Rolo Kipp has started a "project" for each month of the challenge for doing things like coordinating 2da and art resource use between contributors (here's the one for this month), and you can evidently specify a logo image for each one.

               I took some photographs of an abandoned amusement park that the chinese government built, complete with a small (but to scale, downsized) great wall of china. Something there might work.

Perhaps this, or a crop of one of the budha statues. *shrug* Old work, but at least I own the copyright '<img'>

               I think that my contribution this month will be a prefab area with some scripting.  I'll be making a small training area for a seaside monk monastery.

It'll include at least a couple of combat dummy placeables.  If anyone makes new ones (wing chun wooden dummies come to mind) for this month, they could easily be substituted in for the end of the month demo modulejust by changing the placeable appearances.

Gotta have some variety in my stuff, so newer CC peeps can see it ain't just new models this game benefits from. There's also scripting, area layout, creative descriptions...

               There is a nice wing-chun dummy placeable available on the vault. I think it is in Coulisfu's Oriental Rural tileset. He also has an interior tileset. Would be interesting if someone extended this existing work.

               When Six said he would be polishing up his oriental tileset I thought I could be lazy this month and don't do anything for this challenge, because I had thought about making an oriental tileset, too. But his oriental tileset is a chinese tileset and what I wanted to build was an arabian city.
So you migh get two city tilesets this months if I don't decide to be lazy. '<img'>

                <adopting...>

@ Jenna: I went with

Thank you :-)

@ TAD: The prefab sounds very interesting to Amethyst.
One of my Monty-Hall T-cell mechanisms are Dragon Monks from the Thousand Isles of the Winds (definitely seaside ;-). They go out on missions to harvest any artifact that becomes too well known. By buying it, stealing it or beating-the-owner-senseless it. They are all Monk/Dragon Disciples, of course. Except for the Cleric/DD and the Roque/DD and the Wiz/DD... Heh.

Does anyone know if japanese-style sword-stands have been done before? (Don't have access to the vault from here :-/) I'm leaning in that direction for Cestus, though he's kinda champing to try samurai armor. Think that's a big chunk to chew with the other stuff we have going on, though.

@ Tiberius: Um, speaking of Cestus, I could really use a couple of those loot-worthy chests right about now. Seems the stingy critter wont do a thing without a bit of glitter up-front :-(

*sigh*
I've promised to get my Regional PoC done before doing more CCC stuff... So I guess I'm not making a decision just yet :-P

               Here's some clothing inspiration, if anyone wants to do clothing. I may post more images later, so expect the spam '<img'>

There's some in CEP actually, a display made to sit on a desk or whatever.

               <getting more ideas...>

I'll look at them. They are probably the two-sword horizontal type. That still leaves the vertical katana/no-dachi stand. And folding screens. Possibly the opium pipe... <stop, boss>
Ok.

Lady, you sure make me wish Lisa was still making clothing! Those kimonos would be fantastic :-)
Scarlet is drooling (my most active dragon monk, currently loitering in Arbor Falls :-P).

               Plum poles would be very easy.....I can take the timbers I did for the MTP package, upend them, and get a more appropriate wood texture.  Let me see what I can do.  I'm lost in Skyrim at the moment..............
