Just a quick question.

Is it possible to add reflections to a placeable? If so, how? I know that it can be done for armour, but is it possible for placeables.

Thanks in advance.

Yes.  In placeables.2da, there should be a column called Reflection.  Change the **** to default.  The parts your want reflective will also need to have their texture's alpha channel modified: white = matte, black = mirror, greys = various levels of reflectivity.

I had a similar question concerning reflections/metallic surfaces. As TAD stated, greyscale alpha is the key. Maybe these posts are of help:

Thanks guys. As I am already using the alpha channel I'll just have to release it as is. Look out for puddles when I get it totally finished.
