If it is a human sized model I would use NWExplorer to find it in the hak and export it and then use nwnarmory
http://nwvault.ign.c...r.Detail&id=677 to rescale it and then do any final tweeks to it in Max maybe using a halfling head for reference. If it is a cloak model hat I'm not sure about if anything else needs be done to make sure the animation works proper though.
