@Ben, thanks, and thanks for the permission too. I was planning on asking eventually. I was thinking about making a few reskinned variations of some of the DF structures, using textures from some of the tilesets I'm using in my module. I've gotten a lot of use out of those via d20 placeables, and they add a great sci-fi/industrial feel without looking too "Earthy". Oh, and I found this interesting Warhammer pic today:
inevitablecity02.jpg I was browsing for pics of Silent Hill creatures and that came up, as someone on a WH forum compared it to
Pyramid Head. More cool ideas for mutant monster madness!
@TR, that's an excellent suggestion. I want to do more robotic style creatures, especially with that same look. You just gave me an idea to use most of that Minogon for a humanoid, btw. Remove and swap out a few parts, make it use the a_ba anims. Maug parts maybe? The Minogon's neck/shoulder area would create a "hooded" effect, with just the face showing. Hmm, I like that idea. Stay tuned...
@Hi Kalindor! How are you? Golem crazed orc tinker boss, you say? Sounds like fun! And no taunting on my part, I hope. I always did feel a little guilty about showing pics in the past and not releasing any of it. I would've liked to have released stuff a lot sooner, but real life gets in the way sometimes, and a lot of it needed some more work. I'm working on releasing my horses soon, but I'm making a lot of small improvements, as well as a few new additions. Hopefully the new stuff will make it worth the wait. I have a bit of a short attention span, so I end up getting distracted and making other weird creatures once in a while too, so bear with me.
