However, it looks like you did not post this question on the NWVault download page, which is the very best place for questions like this. Other people who encounter this same problem are much less likely to find the answer if it is posted here in the Bioware forums. An answer posted on the NWVault download page is readily available to every single person who downloads that package. Something to keep in mind for the future.
