               Winter Holidays

How about a Christmas tree that attacks the PC if he tries to cut it down?  Perhaps a one-horse open sleigh, a flying sleigh pulled by eight tiny reindeer, a giant, bulging sack with presents sticking out the top. A 'santa' outfit. Santa caps. A placeable manger. A placeable star with streaming light. Placeable icicles. How about a candy cane weapon?  Symbols of other winter holidays, like a menorah or yule log.

               Orcs/Half-orcs:

Let's get some new stuff for the iconic evil foes of elves and dwarves.  Additional orc models, new orc weapons (melee, ranged, siege), orcish armor and helms for PCs to wear, new orcish and half-orcish body parts for PC/NPC half-orcs (male and female, and new heads are sorely lacking compared to elves, dwarves, etc.), placeable orcish structures and objects, orc-themed spells, orcish magical and mundane items, orcish artworks, recordings of orc love ballads (well, maybe not this one), or whatever else might flesh out orcs of various worlds.

The mists of Ravenloft:
Just a challenge focuses in the subplane of the dread. That would include unique creatures from RL, or unique creatures of the Dark lords, like the one of Strad Von Zarovith in the Vault.
Creepy and or gothic, tileset or placeables.
Music tracks suitables for a RL background.
Scrips to recreate, ravenloft curses, or unique creature's powers.
Victorian and or Renaissance clothes...

Seconded! For reasons that are obvious if you look at my sig. '<img'>

               Suggested Theme..

Did they send us daughters, when we asked for sons?
NWN has a plethora of stuff for women, but men don't often get the love. We could use more clothing options for men and additional heads or other manly items.

                Another suggestion:

The Known World of Mystara: Mystara, also known as "the Known World of D&D" was the default setting of "Basic" or "non-Advanced D&D" and the home of such classic modules as B3: Palace of the Silver Princess, B5: The Lost City, and X1: Isle of Dread. Content can be of classic Mystaran creatures such as the decapus, archer bush, pegatuar or athach; new player race models such as the rakasta, lupin and tortle; flags and banners and such from Known World nations such as Karameikos, Alphatia, and Glantri; altars and holy symbols for Mystaran Immortals; or miscellaneous placeables/tilesets based on Alphatian airships, statues of famous NPCs or Immortals, prefabs based on classic magic items or classic dungeon settings, and more!

A Song of Ice and Fire / A Game of Thrones:
content inspired by both the book series and tv show. Everything from equipment and armor of the Seven Kingdom such as the Armor of the Kingsguard and Greater Houses, Master Chains, the Helmet of the Hound, or Eddard's blade Ice; tilesets to replicate Kingslanding and the Wall; clothing options of the westerosi and foreign fashion; creatures such as the Whitewalkers and Others; placeables like the Iron Throne, the carved map table of Dragonstone, the green flames of the Wildfire, or the corpses of the aftermath of the RW.

I would suggest that the last one is of very limited appeal as (at least here in the UK) that tv show is only available via pay tv (sky in the UK). I for one have virtually zero knowledge (and therefore the same amount of interest) of that show. From what I understand, its all pretty much Machiavellian anyway.

Game of Thrones is stupid popular everywhere, paid channels be damned

I mean, I know nothing about it, but if I hear about something like that from my co-workers then I know yes, that's popular

Game of Thrones third season had the most views of HBO in the US since the Sopranos in 2004. Basically the most popular HBO show in the last decade. 15.000.000 copies of the Song of Ice and Fire series sold world wide. It is also the most pirated show, aka most illegally downloaded one.

For the challenge itself, it really has a great amount of unique content that it could inspire, and that would even be nice for modules not set in it's setting.

Give a theme title and a few sentences to give folks an idea of what it's about or some examples of what to try to make for NWN, and I'll add it to my list of future themes for the poll.

I can't be the only one around here that's never played any of the Elder Scrolls games, so some ideas of what's there might be helpful.  Plus, descriptions or whatever might give folks ideas on new things to make in the theme rather than just try to get direct rips from other games' content.

Subrace stats for the common races of Nirn

Ideas like a script similar to the shayans subrace engine for

Humans:
Redgaurds, Imperials, Nords, Bretons

Elves:
Dwemer, Falmer, White Elf, High Elf (Altmer), Wood Elf (Bosmer), Dark Elf (Dunmer), Orcs(Orsimer)

Half orcs/ Orcs:
Orcs(Orsimer)

Subraces:
Vampires (considred a syndrome created by the Daedric Prince Sanguine after caught by the disease called Sanguinare Vampiris) so perhaps a similar idea in which victims have a chance of catching it it when attacked
elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Sanguinare_Vampiris

lycanthropy. Werewolves to the rare werebear and werebats

elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Lycanthropy

Items
any item related to this world, including ingots to artifacts items to bracelet items to helmet and armor portraits
ill leave this up to you

books: this world does an exemplentary job at explaining its lore by books found throughout the world (much like neverwinter nights did? hmm) anything from proper lore (books of barenziah, short timeline of the empire, etc)

to alchemical and skill related books that boost the players skills

magicka
This is also a vague option considering its worth in the world. used primarily as a regenerative aptitude in that every race has the ability to control and use

elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Magic

Hope that clears it up!
