               I'm up to my neck right now and have only limited access to a computer capable of running NWN due to my laptop being sent away for repairs, then getting shuttled back and forth between the distributor and the manufacturer as they dispute who should fix it.  ;-)  I'd very much appreciate not having to make the module this month.

               No worries, Este.  I figured as much when you didn't answer right away.  *hugs you while glaring over your shoulder at the repair men*  Birdman is plotting glorious things for the demo this month.  Y'all are going to love it.

               <pulling off his boots...>

I'd like to add a theme for consideration :-)
Sea, Air & Land Travel
On the sea, under the sea, through the air, over (through?) the land.  What contrivances, what wondrous beasts of burden, what amazing scripts are lurking out there, just around the next bend of someone's mind :-)

Specifically, Galleys & triremes are under represented. Submarine artifacts are nearly non-existant. We *do* have a good selection of airships... What about aerial tilesets to travel through? And land.  We really need a place to showcase Draygoth's excellent contrivances ;-) I'd also like to see fortified inns, caravanserai and toll houses. Romany wagons. Then there's all the items that are particular to certain sub-cultures. I'd like to see a ship pulled by matched hippocampus, or an airship pulled by matched Greater Swans. Let's get some creatures in there, and some cargo...

I think that is a broad enough category to interest people :-)

               Ohhhh.  Nice one.  I've got it added to the database for the next poll.  Not sure if the links will come through right.

               Could "Overland Stuff" become a theme choice for the December CC challenge?

               @Androrc - Sure.  I'll just need a description of what the heck "Overland Stuff" is.  Both for the poll and for myself as I have no clue what you are talking about.  *grins*  I'll need the info by the 31st so I can update the poll data before actually having to start the new poll.  You can post it here or send me a PM.  Which ever you like.

Think he means the SeAL Travel theme I proposed above ;-)
Could be wrong, though.

               I think Androrc was talking about this particular thread asking for new overland placeables so builders can use them when making their overland and world maps.

FP!

               <laughing at...>

Quite probable, since he's the OP for that thread :-)
Still, overland material and world/regional map systems would tie into the SeAL Travel theme as well ;-)

               @ Androrc - I'll still need a summary.  If I put down 'hey!  MAke placeables and tilesets!' somehow I doubt the results will be what you want. '<img'>

               I meant material that could be used to make overland maps like Storm of Zehir did for NWN2, or material that could be used with the Darkness over Daggerford world map system.

This is an example of overland map material:
http://nwvault.ign.c...d=46806&id=7774

Material like that can be used to create areas in which characters travel between cities and etc., removing the need for extensive wilderness maps between them: http://nwvault.ign.c...e.php?id=138299

               <taking a stab...>

Theme: Overland areas and world maps
Resources and systems to produce Overland areas and world maps, including miniature representations of towns, towers and towering peaks; miniaturized weather and environmental conditions and the systems to tie them all together for lilliputian (and quick) travel.

Something like that, Andorc?
