Voice actors?

I've always wondered for years which actors voiced the various characters and voice packs in the game..

 

Most of the VA are not listed and/or assigned to any specific packs, the only unknown one I suspect is Gorgotha the gold dragon in the OC, who sounds like she was voiced by Jean Gilpin, AKA the same lady who voiced Boethiah in Skyrim?

Tried, didn't get anything too specific. IMDB lists some of the actors for some major characters and/or voice packs (Aribeth, Valen Shadowbreath, female frost giant etc.) but the majority are listed as 'additional voices'.
