Issues connecting to the Vault

Hello!

 

I have been having issues connecting to the new vault since yesterday morning; before that I was using it fine, and thought it might've been a maintenance thing until another told me they were able to connect. So, I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue besides me, and if not, if anyone knows steps I can try and take to fix the issue.

These are the results of a packet capture when I try connecting to the vault. Honestly, meaningless to me beyond red is bad. I can share it with a site admin upon request, if it might help.

Hi!

 

It appears to have cleared up. I believe I triggered an auto-ban when I attempted to log into my account (which doesn't exist, I was confusing it with the old vault).

For the past day or so, any pages I try to access at http://neverwintervault.org/ have resulted in

 

The connection has timed out

 

The server at neverwintervault.org is taking too long to respond

[...]

Hmm. You're right. I just used a proxy to connect and that worked just fine. It seems that the vault is blocking my IP for some reason.

Contact Werelynx, he should be able to help you. Send him your IP address in the PM, which you can obtain using WhatIsMyIP (google that website).

I am able to view the site again. Thank you. Still can't log in using Firefox for some reason, but I suppose I can fire up IE if I want to leave a comment or something.
