It sounds like you have the game installed in C:\ProgramFiles...

This is a big no no for old games, & especially old games you want to mod.

What is the path to your NWN folder?

Did you check to see if you had game version 1.69 ?( by holding the mouse over nwmain or looking at the top of the options screen, once in the game.)

Do you have CEP or anything else in your HAK folder?

C: > Program Files (86x) > Atari> DnDNWNC> Neverwinter Nights> Override> override (Kamiryn's Codes)

that is the chain that the files are stored in. I have 1.69. I have all sorts of stuff in my hak folder, nothing CEP though.

I wish i could send you  a pic of the files but this forum is giving me a hard time sending one.

Two things wrong there (and possibly three)

1. You really need to reinstall the game, anywhere except C:\Program Files (86x) (anything in there is protected against you making changes)

2. Everything in the Kamiryn's override folder has to be in the Neverwinter Nights\override folder (not the folder, just the files in it.) ie merged.

3. For the purpose of testing the mod, temporarily remove all the haks from your HAK folder & try the mod in the OC.

One of the haks may change the standard crafting system.

C:\Games\NWN is as good as any.

There is no need for you to lose anything.

You can move any Haks , Your saves, localvault  or anything else before you uninstall & then put them back afterwards.

I didn't even catch that you were using the full DVD version of both NWN NWN2 on one disc. I apologize for that. I know this can get a bit overwhelming but hang in there.

If you only have a single hard drive (C:\) then I usually install to c:\games\ (using custom installation). When uninstalling the previous version it will ask you if you want to keep your saved games, files, etc. You want to select yes. The game will uninstall but leave behind folders of files that were added after the game was installed.

Ok, so just in case it wipes out my Pirates of the Sword Coast, Wyvern Crown of Cormyr and Darkness over Daggerford. are there places to get those games again?

Yes, I don't know how to post links on this site, but if you google  Bioware Premium Modules you will find them.

Darkness Over Daggerford is easy; it's not really premium but it was supposed to be and subsequently released on the old vault at that link after it's cancellation.

The other actual premium modules I am assuming came with your Complete DVD so they should be part of the regular installation. If not, you can get them from the forums here.
