1.69 Patch files in override folder?

               I am planning to clean up my override folder (after taking a backup) as some of the override files are causing trouble on playing some of the user-made mods.

IIRC 1.69 patch added several files in the override folder, so I would better keep those files while erasing the others. But I cannot ascertain which ones are those files.

Would someone please teach me which files are the Biware-made overrides?
