Looking for three nwn character builds

any domain actually

There really isn't.  From what I recall, for any domain besides those two you'd need to take a lot of cleric levels to make use of them.  If you want a hybrid cleric/x that's fine, of course, but we need to know what you want.  There's never really any point to taking less than, say, 15ish cleric levels.

So what exactly are you looking for?

A casting cleric?

A "buff up and beat their heads in" cleric?

A very defensive cleric?

A bard who can wade into the thick of things and fight?

A support bard?

Something else?

If you like any of the builds posted, by all means go with one.  If you still haven't seen one that strikes you, describe exactly what you want the build to do and we'll come up with the best we can.

FYI, cleave is really only useful  at lower levels because it tends to not work properly when you have many attacks (quoting from nwn.wikia.com) -  "Characters with many attacks per round (e.g. dual-kama-wielding monks) seem to trigger cleave improperly, executing the cleave on the current target. This most often happens on a target that would be killed by the next attack in the flurry (turning the cleave into the killing blow)."  So unless you are getting Greater Cleave, this is really only useful at low levels.

This dual-wielding rogue cut through the OC for me:
http://home.comcast....uild208029.html

and Mith's Blood and Faith is one of the most powerful PvM builds for a low-mid magic area.  Includes Bard like you asked.
http://nwnecbguild.4...10-t515481.html
If perma-haste items are available, I'd recommend Trickery and Magic domains.  a 52-turn un-dispellable (except via MD) Improved Invisibility is really nice as well as 13 52-round Divine Powers and plenty of 20 round Divine Favors.

a hybird cleric/x in which x's level must be higher than the cleric's level and must take the best advantage out of cleric domain as priority. (As in the x class get more interesting with Cleric's Domain)

That's the gist of it I believe.

Here are the two Cleric builds you asked for. First is a Bard / Cleric build that chooses domains to take advantage of the Bard's Charisma, Sun domain for stronger turning and either Earth domain to turn elementals or Good domain to turn outsiders (demons, devils, slaadi,, etc.). Both the Earth and Good domains have the Stoneskin spell, which is very nice to have for quite a while. This build is a very strong buffing build, and pretty good at turning as well.

Next is a Rogue / Cleric build that is dex-based with dual-wielding and Epic Dodge, but you wont get Epic Dodge until well after HotU. It will still come in handy in Sands of Fate, which I linked for you earlier to play after HotU. This build isn't quite a strong a buffer as the other one, but still pretty good.

Unfortunately, that doesn't really exist.  Cleric domains generally scale with level, so unless you take a lot cleric levels they don't wind up being very good.  There's no other class that takes advantage of a low level cleric's domain at max level.  Even a Druid is usually better off not taking a cleric level becauses the summon power isn't boosted all that much.

You'll note that in the builds presented to you, all of them have a majority of cleric levels: the other classes supplement the cleric levels, they aren't the main focus of the build.

You're basically asking the equivalent of a build with a few bard levels that can take advantage of Bard Song.  Well, if you don't have many bard levels, your Bard Song isn't very good.
