               Thank you to all of you who have shown your support thus far. This is an exercise in grass roots activism. We may not be able to affect the change we would like to see, but at least we can make our voices heard.

I have added Bioware’s, Atari’s, and EA’s contact information to the petition. We are over half way to our signature goal, please consider voicing your support. Some of the comments people are posting really show this is still important to a lot of people even a year later, and even with the coping mechanisms the community has developed.

If folks complete the Bioware survey (Thread 2 in this "General Discussion" forum) there is a section in there where suggestions are sought, I mentioned the legacy forums there.  If they are asking for suggestions the must be a decent chance of them being read.

               I just thought about it again and the best option for us is to start a petition for a NWN enhanced edition. Trent Oster said he is to 85% satisfied with NWN so there is still 15% motivation left for him and his new Team to go back and finalize it...

               A NWN Enhanced Edition is more probable, especially given the recent release of an updated Baldur's Gate and current developments on the WotC side concerning D&D's 5th edition..

               I think the relevancy is the relevance nwn plays for anyone offical who was involved. Bio, atari and wotc! W/o the option for them to make again some money worth their attention i doubt they bother to even consider our little island as important...

but i support this petition anyway and whatever else good for nwn and us;)

               Indeed, that makes sense. I guess I was not understanding what an enhanced edition entailed. I don't think you need a petition to do that though. Make a thread, I will chime in voicing my support, as I am sure others will as well. A thread with a couple thousand views, and hundreds of players interested in it should get their attention. To keep the discussion going, you might ask for suggestions too for things that could be in the "enhanced" edition.

               When Trent and his Team has released BGEE i think the time is right to start making a bit presure for it. But right now they are just to busy with fixing UI bugs lol... And this petition is important enough to be on the first page so others join in and show their appreciation for nwn mp and PW´s still today imo.
