I have this version of the game . With serial keys . One friend said to me today . This game is corrupted . Is this true ? I really don't know what is going on :S

               Can't tell you for sure, but NWN itself, still runs just fine.  Are you having specific issues with your installation?  Is something not working?  I can tell you that the version you displayed would have to be patched up to the latest version, but there are downloads available to accomplish that.

               I don't see any problem itself and successfully pathced last version . Why they say for this version have problems I don't know really . This is my main point of my question .                Only the Heroes Edition has a known problem - missing conversation sound files that crash the game when you speak to the first NPC in the prelude.

I'm not familiar with problems that were shipped with the Deluxe version.
