NWVault hickups?

               Hey there all!

Anybody had errors trying to login on the NWVault lately?

And as anybody reset their password lately? if so, how long before you got the
E-Mail with the new reset password?

You see, for no apperant reason, I couldn't login today telling me there was an error with the login, so since I had the same password for quite some time, I proceeded to reset it. It tells me it is Sucessful! but I haven't gotten an e-mail
yet and it's been more then an hour.

Any known hickups?

               'seems ok to me too. But I was already logged in.

               Then the NWVault website software has a personal vendetta against me! '>

It just decided to puke an error when I tried to login yesterday out of the blue for absolutely
no good reason and now I'm locked out of my account since I did the reset my password process
twice last night and still haven't received an e-mail with my new reset password.

I don't know what to think really.

               The same thing happened to me, too.  For many, many months.  I'd log in, then a month or so later the system would log me out (I just stay logged in, since I always access the Vault from my personal computer).  Go to log back in, and the password didn't work.  Use the reset utility, it was say it was successful, then I'd never get a message with the new password.

Eventually I resorted to emailing BeyondThePale and he manually set a password for me.  And again a month or two later.  And again a month or two after than.  He probably did that for me at least a half dozen times over the course of a year.

Remarkably, I haven't had to have him manually set my password for more than 6 months now. '>

               When i tried loging on it started to act as if it did not log me in. Then out of nowhere it took me to my account info. Thats never happened before.

FWIW, I had the same experience as The Damn-sparkly Dragon and can only say that Beyond The Pale was wonderfully patient.

               TBH, I'm not sure the reset password e-mail actually works. I know a good few years back I had the same problem and Maximus reset my PW and all has worked fine since. I remember many people mailing to say they never got the PW e-mail and so we'd manually reset it.

My advice would be, if you don't get a reset PW within 2-3 hours, then your best bet is to mail BeyondThePale and request his help. Bing patient while he gets round to that help is good too '>

               I got also problem with vault. Now Im not sure if they are simply ignoring me or they never received my emails in first place. I sent two emails lately and no response so far but its a quite while. I sent three emails lately. One email to BeyondThePale, it was before moving about uploading my files from ftp to my submission - nothing happened, then last week I sent to "News" about a special page like CEP has for my patch project, no response and  two days later email sent to BeyondThePale about new ftp access, no response again.
