Help with posting in certain forums...

               Hello, I am rather new, and I need help with posting in certain forums. I tried posting in a Mass Effect forum, but it says:
"YOU DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIREMENTS TO POST IN THIS FORUM" and is getting on my nerves.
I can post in the general discussion of M.E., but I can't in other ones?

               I think some forums require you to have a registered copy of the game the forum is for.

               Yeah, and there is a difference between owning a Console game and a PC version, as well.

Some of the forums are specifically for the Console/PC version of a game, and are thus restricted as well.

               Oh, I did not yet register my Mass Effect games, and I have a console.

So I just need to register and I can post away?
