Any links to the site are always welcome, no need to ask permission/approval for something like that.

Added a few new tutorials for builder & custom content newbies:

Found the old BioWare Module Contruction Tutorial .pdf and added it to the site.

How To: Re-Skin Creatures (originally from the old BioWare site with some minor updates)

How To: Extract a Game Resource (using NWN Explorer Reborn) (a new one, since some folks haven't used the program yet)

When I have time, I'll be transferring/updating several other tutorials from the old site (thanks to the Wayback Machine).  It does take some time, as there is text to copy over, images to copy over, links to re-link, and reformatting to do so it better fits the neverwinternights.info style. The Wayback Machine is an awesome tool, but you can't just copy and paste stuff out of it an expect it to look decent or be very useful.

I made a new tutorial, How To: Add a New Cloak Texture, partly based on the old one by Brian Chung.  The new version has more information and step by step tips, plus new screenshots of the process (since the old images weren't even online anywhere anymore).

Now, let's see some more new cloaks, people! 'B)'

Thanks for adding the tutorials! I have fond memories of the Bioware module one.

I doubt I'll be making a cloak any time soon, though; judging by my lack of fashion sense, I don't think the community would want one. '<img'>

I'd like to add some new screenshots to the site's main page.  I think some shots showing multiplayer adventures (with multiple PCs) would be a good addition to the mix.

What I prefer to work with:
- full resolution screenshots from the game
- .tga files work fine, since they don't have any compression to start with
- at least 800x600 in size
- include information in the email with:
- - - name or handle of person that took screenshot
- - - name of server/PW the screenshot is from
- - - list any known graphical/content packages used in  the screenshot
- - - - - - CEP, Project Q, GUI alterations, etc.

Thanks!

Kicking for visibility.  Great site with lots of useful information and tutorials, including some which are difficult to find elsewhere.  Thanks for doing such a thorough job, AD!

Added some information on router/firewall ports and port forwarding to the dedicated server page (linked under "Module Builders > Server Administrator Resources").  I also added in a helpful quick links menu at the top.

Thanks to Qlippoth for bringing this missing information to my attention.

I know folks are hoarding NWN screenshots...You know they don't have to be particularly atristic, right?  Actual gameplay (especially multiplayer/PW) pictures are definitely missing from the site's front page.

               http://vgt.davegh.com/index.php

Nice, hi-res video game textures at the link above.  Not a huge huge amount, but still pretty nice.

For a much larger selection, there is the Ryzom Asset Repository, which can be browsed, searched, and downloaded from individually, here:
http://media.ryzom.com/

The entire pack of Ryzom content (which decompresses to about 11 Gigs, textures and models), can also be downloaded directly from Sourceforge, here:
https://sourceforge....ets.7z/download

Not sure which of those, if any, qualify for inclusion in the "Resources" area, but I thought I'd pass them on.
