Mod to make XP-gain equal for everyone?
« on: October 28, 2010, 09:05:55 pm »

               Hi,

with NWN released on gog, I'm seriously considering getting and playing it - again.

However one thing always bothered me: The XP system. Can't remember how the Expensions handled this but in the OC your XP gain per monster seemed to change depending on your class (warriors getting VERY little XP, clerics more, mages the most). Also, Companions, Familiars and summoned monsters each reduced the amount of XP you would get.

Is there a mod that just makes ANYBODY gain the same amount of XP per kill regardless of class and companions? Would make the game MUCH more enjoyable for me.

Not sure there's a mod for it, but you can possibly fiddle with the 2da files to adjust it. Maybe. Easiest would likely just be to add XP with the console periodically to get your character to what you think he/she should have.
