Acquiring Overwhelming Critical Feat - What am I missing?

               I have everything listed in the Manual & NWN wiki (23rd lvl Paladin(3rd lvl Cleric & 6th lvl Ch. o Torm also), Cleave, Great Cleave, Improved Critical & Weapon Focus in Longsword, Power Attack, Str 23) but still it won't offer the option. Something I missed? With so much time invested in NWN to get to NWN2, this is making me CRAZY - help!

               So, what happened? Even if it was a silly mistake, someone else might make it, too.



Also, out of curiosity, were you taking a 31 level character (22 Pal / 3 Cl / 6 CoT) to character level 32 by adding a level of paladin and expecting a paladin bonus feat? Or maybe taking a 32 level character (23 Pal / 3 Cl / 6 CoT) to character level 33 by adding a level of CoT and expecting a general feat and a CoT bonus feat?
