NWN DE sometimes locks up during quicksave...

And corrupt the savegame  '> 

 

It just freezes screen and and the only way to close it is to CTRL-ALT-DELETE and close it via task manager. 

 

Anyone know a fix for this?

 

My specs are

Windows 7 64bit Ultimate

Core i7 4770k haswell

Asus MASIMUS VI FORMULA

Asus Geforce 780 GTX

16 gigs of Corshair vengence ram

Screen resolution is 2560x1440p

Did you installed the 1.69 critical rebuild? Diamond is bugged and doesnt fully contain the 1.69 so this might be result of that.

Yes i downloaded and installed the 1.69. patch. 

However my NWN set says Deluxe Edition not Diamond, does that have anything to do with it? 

 

I also have both expansions installed and chose the patch that supported that.
